The 2021 Ford F-150 will be unveiled on the 3rd of February via Ford’s YouTube channel. We have spotted a couple of 2021 Raptors testing and saw a suspension setup and heard one with a V-8 engine. We’ve also spotted a higher-performance version, which is to be called the Raptor R, which had a V-8 rumble which was caught on video. We’re not sure if the Raptor R will be unveiled this week, but we’ll have to wait and see.
The third-generation Raptor has a lot to live up to. It needs to be even quicker and more capable off-road than its illustrious predecessor, and it must also fend off competition from the Ram 1500 TRX unveiled in 2020.
Information confirms the 2021 FORD F-150 will come with a standard of 3.5-liter Eco Boost V6, but rumors and videos strongly suggest that Ford will fire back at Ram by making a V8 available.
Likewise, it’ll have impressive off-road equipment, such as large terrain tires and an advance long-travel suspension. Ford will also probably offer its high-performance pickup truck with the same technology and spectacular features that highlight the new mainstream model. While there’s still a lot we have to learn about the 2021 F-150 Raptor.
The Raptor will inherit an infomercial system from the regular F-150, which comes standard with an 8.0-inch touchscreen that supports Ford’s improved Sync 4 software. While a larger horizontally oriented 12.0-inch touchscreen could be standard or optional, both systems can also be controlled through a mix of physical controls and voice commands.
