The new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander is expected to debut on the 16th of February, and leaked images have already given us a glimpse of what to expect. Now, we all know how the debut will happen but will say it would rather be an unboxing instead of an unveiling, that because Mitsubishi has partnered with Amazon to debut the new redesigned SUV.

Teaser videos from the automaker show a massive cardboard box with Amazon logos sitting in a driveway, just waiting to be opened. It will be opened on February 16, and since Mitsubishi and Amazon are collaborating together on the unveiling or we rather say unboxing, the event will take place on Amazon Live.

We already have an idea of what to expect. Leaked photos from early December reportedly show the new Outlander fully revealed from both the front and rear, and it’s a bold creation, to say the least. The Styling of the 2022 Mitsubishi outlander is heavily influenced by the Engelberg Tourer concept shown in 2019, with the front clip featuring large central lamps and thin lights atop a rather geometric face. The vehicle’s exterior designs will be sharp and bold, but it should also signal a new design direction for Mitsubishi, projecting power and confidence.

The first batch of the 2020 Mitsubishi outlander is ready to be shipped to the US, as production recently started.

After more than four years in production, the new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander will first be made available in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, before being released in other markets.

The Outlander not only represents a new phase of Mitsubishi Motors’ designs but also with its premium attributes, the vehicle is set to be a game-changer.
