With the world going wild over SUVs and Crossovers, Hyundai hasn’t given up on the minivan production. Now enter the Hyundai Staria minivan which is an all-new minivan from the Korean automaker. This new minivan has a futuristic look and Hyundai says it will have a lot of premium features. In addition, the Hyundai Staria minivan will be available in a standard and a more luxurious model.
The exterior of the Hyundai Staria minivan resembles something out of 2001, A Space Odyssey, we dig the sci-fi look of it, and those massive extensive windows are sure to provide great visibility. The LED DRL that goes straight through the front of the car and the square fog lights finish things up Cyberpunk style. Hyundai promises that the “STARIA Premium” will provide an excellent experience both suited to family and business needs, and will also be something completely different from what the market currently offers. The new Hyundai Staria minivan is Hyundai’s new people mover line-up that reveals a new mobility era.
The cabin has a large infotainment system right in the middle of the dashboard. There is no visible dedicated screen for drivers, so unless it uses something similar to a HUD, critical information will likely be shown on the central display. The Hyundai Staria minivan has a constant air vent design and a push-button drive mode selector just like the Santa Fe. The Staria Minivan has a massive amount of storage spaces and individual rear captain’s chairs. The latter is likely to be reserved for the range-topping spec that will be known as the Staria Premium.
Hyundai isn’t providing any definite specifications of the minivan for now. Nobody knows whether the Staria minivan is mechanically related to the front-wheel-drive-based Kia Carnival. Additional information will be revealed in the following months, and Hyundai says the fanatic Premium model will be sold only in selected markets.
