Hyundai is ready to surprise potential customers with its latest model. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson arrives as the latest vehicle of the company’s luxurious Sportiness design language.

The new 2022 Hyundai Tucson doesn’t look like any previous Hyundai model, and no other crossover on the road today has a much more futuristic design. Its headlights and LED daytime running lights are consolidated into the grille, At the back of the vehicle, the quad LED taillights are connected through a lightbar and also features a hidden daytime running lamp, giving the 2022 Tucson the looks of a Cylon from Battlestar Gallactica. Hyundai strongly included triangles into Tucson’s design, adding a textured side profile with multiple creases and hard edges.

Inside the new 2022 Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai kept the cabin looking futuristic with a new Interspace design concept. An eight-inch infotainment touchscreen system comes standard while a larger 10.25-inch display is available. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also included.

The 2022 Hyundai Tucson also comes with Hyundai’s SmartSense safety suite, which includes features like forwarding collision-avoidance, lane-keeping assist, high beam assist, driver attention warning.  Optional systems can also be added, such as blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision-avoidance assist, safe exit warning, smart cruise control, and remote smart parking assist.

No pricing information has been declared for the 2022 Hyundai Tucson, but Hyundai commonly has the most affordable starting prices in the automobile industry. For instance, the outgoing model had a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $23,700. Nevertheless, the lack of a smaller base option like the one found in the previous Hyundai Tucson could push this new model higher up the pricing ladder.
